The flat is only open when the sea has receded. Times change every day and some days have two sessions. Please check today's schedule before visiting.

- Season — Tidal flat: April to October. Cafe and plant house: November to March.
- Bring — A change of clothes, a towel, sunscreen and a hat.
- Parking — Free for 6 hours with your ticket receipt.
- Safety — Life vests are mandatory. Everyone must leave one hour before high tide.
